Kinect Fitness plan
Exercise number 1: Place the Kinect on the floor in front of you and, using a bat, smash it 20 times as hard as you can. This provides a good cardio as well as upper body training. Remember to keep your back straight to work those abs.
Exercise number 2: Grab the Kinect and dropkick it 15 times. This will work your glutes as well as your hammies-you can’t skip leg day.
Exercise number 3: Place the Kinect on the floor and practice your step aerobics. One… two…one…two…Remember to breathe! Don’t be afraid to step hard on the Kinect to maximize your muscle exhaustion.
